Ultherapy

Ultherapy® is the only FDA approved treatment using micro-focused ultrasound waves to lift and tighten the brow, jaw, midface, and smooth lines and wrinkles on the chest and neck. Ultherapy® targets the deeper connective tissue layers to firm and stimulate new collagen. Full results are typically seen in 4-6 months. Ultherapy® uses imaging technology in to visualize beneath the skin surface the fibromuscular foundation layer and precisely direct placement of acoustic energy into this layer. This is the same tissue plane that is surgically tightened by plastic surgeons in a face or neck lift. Ultherapy® is not equivalent to undergoing plastic surgery. It provides a noninvasive option for tightening and lifting the face and neck for those individuals who are not ready to have surgery.

This procedure is ideal for faces and necks with mild to moderate laxity. Treatment takes about 60-90 minutes depending on the number of areas treated. There is minimal to no downtime.

Unlike lasers, radiofrequency devices or surgery, Ultherapy® bypasses the surface of the skin using ultrasound energy to target the right tissue depth for tightening and lifting.
