Laser spider vein Treatment

A vascular laser can be used to treat veins that are too tiny for a needle to be inserted for sclerotherapy injections. The blood inside the vein absorbs the laser energy. This causes it to coagulate (clot) and the vein is gradually reabsorbed over several weeks.

The laser can be used to precisely target small blood vessels. Several treatments are generally needed to achieve satisfactory clearing of spider veins.

It is recommended treatment sessions be performed every 4-6 weeks as needed. There is no downtime associated with the procedure.
